Over the past 21 years in SBA lending, Tim has worked for three of the Top #1 SBA lenders: GE Capital, Wells Fargo, and currently Live Oak Bank. Tim has worked in several different departments such as Collections & Liquidations, Servicing, Credit and as a business development officer. His current roll at Live Oak Bank is in production and on the front end of the loan. He specializes in prequalifications and determining structure to help the loan get approved and closed.
