While working as a CPA at a regional accounting firm Patrick attended Saint Louis University School of Law, and upon graduation went to work with a Big 4 CPA firm focusing upon large, highly sophisticated corporate tax planning projects.  From there he began practicing at law firms representing businesses and their owners with legal issues that are common with family & closely-held businesses.  Patrick has more than twenty (20) years experience representing small and medium sized businesses and their owners with legal issues, tax & business planning and compliance.   From the entity selection and formation to ultimate sale or succession of the business, we can provide legal services for the life cycle of your company.
