As Executive Director, she ensures IBBA goals are achieved by managing the execution of high-impact deliverables, maintaining key stakeholder relationships, and by bringing innovative solutions to the table.

Emily brings 20 years of nonprofit management serving as Executive Director, Board of Trustee Member, and advocate. Her passion and professionalism drives teams to successful outcomes. Emily holds her Bachelor degree from Bowling Green State University.
