I have had several different career positions and all have played a role in me getting involved with business brokering. I have held many positions in Law Enforcement at different levels of local, county and federal levels. I have held professional corporate Investigator positions over several states in the western US with my previous company/role.

All of these previous positions have set me up to communicate at a high level and approach situations strategically to give my clients the best possible opportunities and outcomes.
What are your professional credentials?
Prior to commercial real estate I held the ‘Seller Representation Specialist’ and the ‘Pricing Strategy Advisor’ designations; currently, on the commercial real estate side I have obtained the NCREA (National Commercial Real Estate Advisor) and the CREIPS (Commercial Real Estate Investment Planning Specialist) designations.
I also serve on the IBBA Education Committee.

Business brokerage is an old-fashioned industry built on many real estate principles. With technology evolving as rapidly as it can, it is paramount to use data to understand the needs of all parties involved in transactions. As technology chair, I expect to help all parties visualize the flow of data and use relevant and simple methods to get the key information we all need to close better deals and help our buyers and sellers achieve their goals
