Biographical Info
As a senior loan officer on Live Oak’s Small Business Lending team, Brian J. Hunt joined the bank after almost 25 years of lending experience in roles with some of the nation’s leading financial institutions. Much of his career has been focused at lending to M&A, Owner-Occupied Real Estate and franchises. Utilizing both SBA and conventional loan structures, his background includes specializing in financing acquisitions and expansions. Brian graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. In addition, he earned the prestigious designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in 2010.
