I work side-by-side with business brokers in M&A transactions. I counsel clients through the LOI stage, assist with legal due diligence, negotiate and draft definitive agreements, and help manage the process through closing. Additionally, with respect to sell-side clients, I collaborate with business brokers prior to identifying a potential buyer in advising the client on how to make their business more marketable.
